Hey, thanks for stopping by my Workout Log page.  This is a log that I am keeping of all of the exercises that I do weekly.  Hope you stay motivated with me.

  • Tuesday – Wii Zumba for 1 hour ; Ran 3.1 miles in 35:40 minutes
  • Wednesday – 30 minute circuit training class; Wii Zumba for 1 hour
  • Thursday – Walked 1.5 miles
  • Friday – 30 minute circuit training class
  • Saturday – Ran 2.5 miles in 30:00 minutes

Tuesday – 2.17 miles in 29.46 minutes / 30 minute walk

Saturday – Ran/walk for 30 minutes which equaled 1.5 miles

Sunday – Walked for 30 minutes

Monday – Ran/walk 1.73 miles in 23 minutes – Circuit class at gym for 30 minutes – Water walk for 1 hour

Tuesday – Water walk for 40 minutes

Wednesday – Circuit class at gym for 30 minutes – Walked 30 minutes

Thursday –  Barre method for 40 minutes (exercise TV) – Kickboxing for 15 minutes (exercise TV)

Friday - Circuit class at gym for 30 minutes.
