Healthy Pear Muesli

Breakfast was easy this morning because I mixed it up last night.Healthy Pear Muesli


  • 1/3 c. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 fresh pear, chopped
  • 1 – 2 T natural apple sauce
  • 1/2 T cinnamon
  • 1 T pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 T chia seeds (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or at least a few hours.  Take out of the fridge in the morning, stir, top with desired toppings and enjoy!

This was supper easy and tasted wonderful.  I will defintely make this again.
