- 1/3 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 fresh pear, chopped
- 1 – 2 T natural apple sauce
- 1/2 T cinnamon
- 1 T pecans, chopped
- 1/2 T chia seeds (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or at least a few hours. Take out of the fridge in the morning, stir, top with desired toppings and enjoy!
