Bath Day . . .

We spent the night with the kiddos playing on the Wii.  We had tournaments of archery.  Of course, Mr. T won.  He never ever let’s anyone else win.

As you can tell by the picture, we need to get the room done in the basement so we actually have a guest bedroom.  Not to many people appreciate sleeping out in the middle of the family room.

Got up this morning and took the pups for a walk.  Since we were out walking we took out coffee mugs and stopped by the local station and got our coffee for $0.50.  If you bring in your own mug they only charge you $0.50 no matter what size the cup is.

Hello, White Chocolate Raspberry Cappucino

It was delicious.  After we got home the pups needed a bath.  Gizzy did not smell good at all.

Why do you torture me so???

Gizzy absolutely hates baths.  Of course it might have to do with she looks like a drowned rat when she is wet.

All clean but not happy about it at all.

Of course what is good for one, is good for the other.

Clean as a whistle.

Molly does much better with her baths, probably because she has many more than Gizzy.  After all the walk and baths it was time to eat.  My stomach was growling.

In the bowl today is greek yogurt, blueberries, Quaker Oatmeal Squares and Kashi Go Lean Crunch.  Yum.

After we were done with breakfast it was time to finish up the bedroom painting.  Needed to get a second coat on the walls.  We are so close to having our upstairs painted, I am getting excited for it to be done but on the other hand that means we will be making a HUGE mess in the basement.

Lunch today was pretty simple.

I took chicken breasts and seasoned them with ranch powder mix, sweet basil and roasted garlic fatija mix and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes.  The pasta was whole grain pasta that I cooked and combined with velveeta cheese and sweet basil.  Plus corn – couldn’t think of much to do with it.

Now it is off to get the kiddos packed.  On Tuesday they are leaving to spend the rest of the week with their grandparents for spring break.  Yeah for me!!!!
